Welcome to Bytekrave. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with us regarding the installation, maintenance, and operation of our vending machines at your premises. By requesting an installation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Service
Bytekrave provides commercial-grade tea, coffee, and snack vending machines for placement in eligible host spaces (including but not limited to offices, hostels, hospitals, colleges, and retail establishments). We handle machine setup, inventory fulfillment, refilling schedules, and standard operational repairs at no upfront installation charge for verified, high-traffic target areas.
2. Machine Ownership
Any and all vending machinery, telemetry computing parts, payment terminal scanners, and brand signage units deployed at your site remain the **exclusive proprietary asset of Bytekrave**. At no point does the site provider, property owner, or host institution acquire any ownership rights, titles, or liens over our equipment. You agree not to move, alter, modify, or tamper with the machine without explicit written clearance from our team.
3. Site Provider Responsibilities
To sustain your free installation footprint, you (the Site Provider) explicitly agree to provide and maintain the following at your own expense:
- Physical Space: A clean, level, well-ventilated indoor or protected semi-outdoor space matching our structural requirements.
- Electricity Connection: A reliable, continuous, and grounded electrical outlet power feed necessary for machine operation. Bytekrave is not liable for machine failures or product spoilage arising from structural power drops.
- Machine Security: Reasonable commercial security surveillance and basic safekeeping measures to safeguard the device against vandalism, theft, or deliberate structural abuse.
4. Inventory Management & Access Control
Bytekrave reserves absolute authority over product stocking parameters, item selections, internal ingredient sourcing, and retail pricing configurations across all our assets. You agree to provide our verified fleet personnel and restocking technicians safe, reasonable, and unhindered physical path access to your premises during operational hours to facilitate inventory tracking, refilling, and preventative machine servicing.
5. Payment Systems & Digital Failures
Our machines process end-user payments utilizing cashless frameworks, including Unified Payments Interface (UPI), QR codes, and integrated digital wallets. While we strive for maximum digital uptime, Bytekrave is not responsible for transient banking gateway dropouts, internet failures on the host network, or user-side payment app issues. Any transaction adjustments or refunds will be handled through our digital customer support channels.
6. Liability Limits & Indemnification
In accordance with standard Indian corporate liability frameworks, Bytekrave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business revenue losses) arising from machine downtimes, temporary inventory runouts, or minor terminal technical faults. The Site Provider agrees to indemnify Bytekrave against structural damages, property losses, or operational challenges resulting from gross negligence or deliberate tampering on the host premises.
7. Contract Termination & Machine Removal
Either party may request the cancellation of the placement service by providing a **15-day prior notice**. Upon notice or contract expiration, Bytekrave retains the immediate right to enter the premises to decommission, safely pack, and retrieve its vending equipment without layout or structural resistance from the site management team.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, governed, and evaluated strictly in alignment with the legal statutes of the **Republic of India**. Any structural conflicts, disputes, or legal claims resulting from our services fall under the exclusive judicial jurisdiction of the competent courts located in **Bangalore, Karnataka, India**.
